Dementia Australia is here for you
No matter what your experience of dementia, you're not alone.
We're here for …
Hold the Moment
Hold the Moment is a groundbreaking podcast full of real stories about life after a dementia diagnosis.
Co-hosts Dementia Australia Ambassador Hamish Macdonald, whose father lived with dementia, and Dementia Advocate Jim Rogers, who lives with younger onset dementia, are back for season two, this time shining a light on the realities of caring for a loved one with dementia.

You can make waves with your support
One after another, Jo-Anne’s father, her sister and then her mother were diagnosed with dementia. Each of their stories remind us that dementia can impact anyone:
Through the years, Jo-Anne and her family have turned to Dementia Australia’s support services for comfort and advice.
“When I really needed to speak to somebody, an experienced counsellor was my lifeline.”
